Yes. The trial is free, lasts 24 hours from activation and does not require a card. We use it to prove the network on your connection before you buy a paid plan.
How long does activation take?
Most trials are activated in under five minutes during normal hours. At peak times it can take up to fifteen minutes; the WhatsApp desk will tell you the expected time when you send the request.
Can I choose which channels to test?
Yes. Tell us the bouquet or the specific channels you care about — NFL, Premier League, UFC, cinema, local networks or international feeds — and we will prioritise them in the trial profile.
Do I need to install a specific app?
You need a compatible IPTV player. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IPTVX, Smart IPTV and iBO Player are all supported. We send the exact player and setup steps for your device.
Can I use the trial on more than one device?
The trial is one connection at a time. You can move it between devices by signing out of the first player, but simultaneous viewing requires a multi-device paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access simply stops. There is no auto-charge and no card on file. If you want to continue, choose a plan and the desk will convert the same line without a new setup.
