FIRE TV STICK SETUP
Install, sign in, and test your stream
Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen open Find → Search, type Downloader, and install the orange Downloader app by AFTVnews.
Allow unknown apps
Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install unknown apps, then enable Downloader. If Developer Options is hidden, tap About → Fire TV Stick seven times.
Install TiviMate
Open Downloader, enter the TiviMate downloader code supplied with your activation message, and install the APK. Accept the install prompt.
Add your Xtream line
Open TiviMate → Add Playlist → Xtream Codes Login. Enter the server URL, username and password from Stable IPTV, then set the EPG to Xtream Codes EPG.
Tune playback
Go to Settings → Playback → Decoder and choose Hardware. Set buffer to 2–3 seconds on Ethernet or 3–4 seconds on 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Test peak-hour sport
Open a 4K sports lane during a live event, let it run for ten minutes and check player statistics for dropped frames before judging the service.
Use the Ethernet adapter for the most stable 4K sports playback.
Keep at least 1GB of free storage for EPG and app updates.
Disable sleep after 30 minutes if you watch long sports broadcasts.
Do not install more than two IPTV players — they compete for memory.
If TiviMate stutters, switch decoder from Auto to Hardware.
If the app crashes on launch, clear cache (not data) and restart the stick.
If channels load but the guide is empty, refresh the EPG manually.
